I'm so excited! In 2009, I dreamed of building a collaborative community of 50 CEOs,
Presidents, and business leaders who were dedicated to helping each other grow their organizations, create great cultures, provide customer excellence and lead their field. I interviewed 40 CEOs and selected eight CEOs that made up the first board in the Omaha Region.
Then as time went on I began to imagine what if we had 200 leaders in Vistage? Every month I saw the members roll up our sleeves, meet monthly, coach each other and together they began to...
1) Getting out of the weeds and doing it all...
2) Hiring A players to help us lead and enhance the organization's effectiveness
3) Develop processes, decision making tools so that work can be delegated
4) Adopt accountability systems, and a roadmap for growth
And now... I get chills because we are at 191 members in the MIDWEST! Only 9 more to go and my initial visionary dream will have been reached! (Scroll down to nominate!)
Walking side-by-side with you and watching you leverage "Peer Advantage", and figure out how to make it through this tough year, makes the experience all that more meaningful. You got what it takes!

Everyone engages in Vistage a bit different. Some love the speakers, other's the 121's, many leverage the networks worldwide, the Leadership Dialog sessions I have with their team.
In the past year, some of you reinvented your business models, others got laser focused on execution, and implemented lean strategies. A few found new opportunities and made strong collaborative connections. Many had to manage super-fast growth. Everyone worked on building great cultures and strong brands.
And, YES everyone got something different out of Vistage ---
and that's why people say--- VISTAGE --IT WORKS!
Vistage was tested. We found that as uncertainty rose during the pandemic, we became closer, met more often, got smarter, shared resources, leveraged our knowledge quickly and made connections for each other. And most importantly, we became deeply thankful and dedicated to helping our peers, employees and our families.
So, who do you know that needs to get their leadership team working better?
They may need to identify the best way to drive customer excellence.

The Vistage community reached out to our peers in the past year. We brought them into our meetings, our discussions about the PPP, we extended insights.
We have become a powerful community that leverages everyone's expertise.
So, let's not stop! Help me achieve my dream of that magical number of 200!

You helped us expand the Omaha region into six states! Members within the Omaha community have joined our region from six states; Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, Nevada and South Dakota. And, worldwide we are in 20 different countries and have over 22,000 members connecting with each other across the U.S.
You nominated and brought in candidates that were start-ups, young companies, big, small, fast-growth, and 100-year-old iconic companies. Our members represent organizations that are private, public, family-owned, private-equity, for profit, and non-for -profit.
And now---FINALLY when we survey our members, we see our confidence has risen to 88% -- and YES, it is only going to get better! Meeting in person again! YEAH!
